Growing up, I was always anxious.

Geez, it's hard being a person sometimes. We just learn by adapting. But if you find yourself noticing that it's: hard to get focused, hard to find the motivation for things, hard to connect with your friends or others in a personal way, hard to break out of your habits that aren't working for you then maybe this is the right time for a therapist.  Let's face it, no one teaches us how to play this game of life. We have to fend for ourselves, make a living, cook dinner, all while having enough time for friends, family, dating, and hobbies.  How? Reset. Restructure. Take up space for yourself to pause, re-organize, and lead yourself with a map or a personalized guide. Maybe this system worked for you before but now it may be to your detriment.  Therapy can be a way for you to take some space for yourself to actually sit down with someone and sort our your feelings, emotions, and baggage.
